Johann and Adri Stander
Johann and Adri Stander are the managing directors at Creative Flavors. After Adri started the company nearly 13 years ago, the dynamic duo merged forces when Johan joined the company in 2005. With a Master’s degree MSc (Microbiology) and his extensive experience in the fruit juice industry, Johann added his expertise to extend the library of flavours to a formidable collection and grew the Research & Development department. The Standers prefer to keep a low key profile to allow the rest of the team to live out their individual creativity but pride themselves in their close support to each member’s career development.
ISO 22000
After an intense two-year process, Creative Flavors International has officially been certified as ISO 22000 compliant. This ensures that clients receive world class products and that a complete route course analysis can be done should any irregularities arise. Karen worked closely with Wareham and Associates from 2009 to get all the relevant documentation in place and to ensure that CF complies with the ISO 22000 International standards.
